    My husband and I went to Main Line Fertility for embryo banking. Nothing went seriously wrong, but nothing went right either, and we left after two appointments. The Prelude portal is one of the worst pieces of software I've ever encountered — astoundingly slow, hard to navigate, and I couldn't log in on browser half the time. The last thing I want to deal with if I'm going on IVF hormones is a wonky app that won't stay logged in. Communication about appointments was poor, though I'll admit I don't know what's standard — perhaps fertility clinic patients are expected to always be emotionally prepared for anything. I arrived for what I believed was a preliminary visit to collect labs and found myself in a conversation about my fertility results, expected to ask informed questions on the spot. I might have felt more okay in that moment if we'd received educational materials — or any written information at all about the process or the appointments — but we never did. We highlighted at intake that we were considering surrogacy. It never made it into our file — we only found out when we asked why no third-party labs had been ordered. A small mistake, easily fixed, but it said a lot. Throughout, our specific circumstances and health concerns were never really engaged with. We came into the process with a set of particular goals and concerns, and we were promptly steamrolled into their cookie cutter process with very little explanation or consideration. If your situation is straightforward, you might be fine. If you have anything complicated going on, I'd look elsewhere.

    Mainline Fertility was essential for building our family. The doctors, including Dr. Bloom, were very supportive, and continually refined our treatment plan to give us the greatest chance of success. One particularly noteworthy item is how weight inclusive the practice is. We specifically traveled to Philadelphia from Florida for treatment because of this fact. Thanks to Dr. Bloom and Mainline, we welcomed a healthy little girl in December 2025. We would absolutely return as we continue to grow our family.

    Dr. Kahn and the staff in the Philly office are fantastic. Dr. Kahn is extremely knowledgeable, personable and makes you feel at ease during challenging conversation and times. The supporting nurses and staff are friendly and supportive. Nothing but good things to say.

    Awful management. I was called about a bill , They never applied my co insurance.The office manager called me I asked why didn’t they apply my co insurance? She was supposed to submit it and then calle me back. Well 2 months later, a collection company called me smh… 🤦🏽‍♀️. Mainline health never reached back out to me, nor did they fix the bill.
