  Demetrius is an excellent manager. He interacted with customers and staff as a true professional and was very engaging. Dr. Michelle Ho is very thorough and I llearned a great deal during my exam. I felt very relaxed and informed in her care. Im glad I scheduled with this office. I highly recommend.

  I had the most amazing experience at this location from the moment I walked it and said hello the entire team was warm and welcoming! Dr Ho who did my examination was very kind and made the process super easy and insightful . Siani thank you for your assistance with choosing my frames (even tho I had already had eyes on another you and Kat helped made my decision easier lol) you made what could’ve been hectic some what effortless and I couldn’t be happier with my choice (stay getting compliments) Kat she’s a vibe enjoyed every moment we shared and thank you on your expertise with the contacts I was very hesitant at first being that it was my first time but she made the process super engaging and fun (now where em fans at lol) Icy and Christian thank you for your friendly smiles and making sure I was all set in between appointments. All in all I must say the team is unquestionably brilliant and made my experience exceptional.Keep up the good work it is absolutely incredible! Have a wonderful day :)

  I had a phenomenal experience at For Eyes on Chestnut St in Philadelphia, largely thanks to Demetrius, the store manager, and his outstanding staff. From the start, the level of care was exceptional. Demetrius went out of his way to be attentive and knowledgeable, even hand-picking frame options that perfectly suited my personal style. The entire team made the process seamless, from the thorough and quick eye exams to navigating insurance. A few things that really stood out: Personalized Service: Demetrius is a "wonderful person to work with" who genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for his customers, whether it's finding the right deal or fixing a loose screw on old frames. Efficiency: The staff is professional and friendly, ensuring I was promptly greeted and assisted without feeling rushed. Quality & Speed: I was impressed by the high-tech medical equipment used during the exam and the fact that my glasses were ready even sooner than expected. It’s rare to find an optical shop where the entire staff is this consistently nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an stress-free experience and a team that treats you like a priority.

  My partner was experiencing migraines and eye issues for the last few weeks, having a major flare up at work the other day. I was able to make an appointment for the next day for them, which was super quick and painless over the phone! Once we were there, everyone was so nice and accommodating, asking for pronouns and preferred names! We arrived early, Adrian checked us in and my partner was able to be seen by Dr. Toscani within minutes! While waiting, the Store Manager offered me an eye exam having the spare time to squeeze me in! The process was quick (even with some technical issues) and well explained throughout. Dr. Toscani was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcomed even though I don't have/need glasses and have "perfect vision". The last time I had an eye exam I was a preteen, so it felt nice to be validated for just having a routine check up and talk about what my eye health overtime will look like. Afterwards, I helped my partner pick out new frames for them with Icy pulling a pair out last second that were perfect! Icy was also extremely helpful with breaking down the pricing and helping us find what quality of len's my partner was looking for without breaking the bank! Overall, there's a great, accepting, and knowledgeable team on Chestnut. I will be going back moving for any eyewear and health needs!

  Dr. Ho, Kat, Adrian and the rest of the team were so nice, patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Ho worked quickly but thoroughly explained the results of my eye exam. She was reassuring and gentle. The staff all seemed to get along and enjoy each others company. Kat worked with me to go through all my lense options. I asked a ton of questions and she never seemed annoyed. The whole staff joined in at one point to give opinions on which frames were best for my face shape. I really appreciated the input. Felt comfortable in making the decision for a big purchase. I skimmed the google reviews which all seemed to have only positive things to say about this store—- and I can totally see why. I would emphatically recommend this location to all my friends. It’s also located in a really convenient location — I’ve passed by it a ton and never thought to stop in — which now I really regret. Don’t be like me! If you need exams, frames or lenses, come here!
