I had a good experience. Everyone was very nice and helped me with any questions I had. The endodontist was nice and did a good job on my mouth. During the procedure I did not feel much pain and was happy about that.
Feeling so nervous going in for root canal and the dentist, Dr. Patel and her assistants put me at ease and kept me very comfortable during my procedure!
Thank you for the good experience!

Getting an appointment was seamless. The staff is very professional and efficient. I was taken care of in a timely manner and treatment plan was communicated appropriately. Most of all, it was clean and I am really happy with the reception. It was my first time but I definitely recommend.

I found myself a great Endodontist. In network with Delta Dental so saved.$$. Yet Dr. Walter’s was exceptional and put you at ease. I highly recommend him and his support staff who were very kind and accommodating.

Staff was pleasant and professional and I believe the Endodontist did a good job, she was courteous, considerate and kind. But in less than one year the tooth below the gum line cracked and after spending thousands on a root canal and crown the whole tooth had to be removed anyway, what a waste of money considering I now have to pay for an extraction with bone graft for an implant.
I wish I'd been advised that was a possibility because I will never get a root canal again, I will just have the tooth removed and get an implant since the root canal can fail and there is no return on investment regardless of when that happens.
This was my first root canal and it was a very disappointing costly experience to discover such an outcome. I later learned from my own research that what happened to me is not all that unusual - though it happening within the first year is - and this wouldn't have been such an upsetting and distressing experience if such possibilities had been explained to me before I made my choice, especially considering that there was already a crack in the remaining tooth that the endodontist knew about when she assessed before the actual procedure appointment, but she was confident that the cap would seal it - the fact that the remaining crack compromised tooth strength could have been pointed out, I would have expected her to know that existing fractures create such a risk.
