- LPLamar Pray3 days ago1.0The morning manager Myra Cordona is a awful manager and extremely disrespectful and I had a awful experience at the gym and because of said experience I’m cancelling my membership. I came with someone and they did not they have their own membership. I told him he has to sign up for one because I was asking for her the sign up link and she ignored me. Then tells me the GM and gets in her phone and walks away continuing to argue with her babydad on the phone or whatever issue it is that is unrelated to what is front of her but ok .I love how she can address an issue outside of work but can’t deal with an issue at work and I’m a paying member. All of their staff members are weird sand unresponsive if you ask them anything. I’m cancelling my membership because of Myra. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Just like every other planet fitness this location has weird employees that judge you right from the door. They will never speak to you but about you and they themselves look like…lol
- SCSoroya CunninghamOct 17, 20251.0Went to report that a man was touching himself uncomfortably and definitely making me feel uncomfortable on a treadmill next to me and I wanted it to be looked into so I could feel comfortable returning to the location. The team member had me write down a report and leave all of my contact information since the manager left and assured "She'll call you back she really cares about these things". They never got to me and I'm still uncomfortable returning to planet fitness. They couldn't reach back out but they could reach into my bank account for that monthly fee... Crazy the lack of response on the matter especially knowing minors are able to access PF. Messed up.
