Rasheed Haynes, the general manager, sets the tone here. His leadership is grounded in kindness, respect, and genuine care for every member who comes in. You can feel that energy the moment you enter. I also want to specifically shout out Malik, Andre Smith, and Mike C — each of them consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s answering questions with patience, keeping the environment clean and safe, or simply greeting you with warmth and positivity, they help make working out something I look forward to. This location should be the North Star for Planet Fitness nationwide. It’s not just the equipment or the layout — it’s the people. The atmosphere here is supportive, encouraging, and community-oriented in a way that is rare to find. I leave each workout not just physically better, but emotionally lifted because of the way this team treats people. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough. Truly grateful for this crew.
