- MWMelissa WomackNov 28, 20251.00/10 Wouldnt recommend Dr.Hopper. Very dry & stick in the mud-ish. Not warm & welcoming, eye exam was acceptable EXCEPT……She didn’t address my astigmatism with my contact lenses. Which I feel like made me feel unsafe when driving at night. All she had to do was offer a different type of contact. She adjusted the contact prescription NOT offer astigmatism contacts.(I didn’t even know they offered astigmatism contacts!!!!!!) Also refused to change my glasses prescription when it appeared too strong for me. This came off as she didn’t want to accommodate & hear her patients out. She didn’t care about my well-being. Which was definitely annoying, she needs a better bedside manner! Went elsewhere and got the proper care I needed. I really hope you take the time to read this and self reflect. Do Better Dr. Hopper. Shame on you.

Great customer service , the front person (the lady) was friendly and able to get my Rx from a place that refused to give it to me . The doctor was also great . When I had doubts about my new Rx , I called and they gave me a new appt right away . I will be a returning customer . Also , my contacts came back faster than expected .
