We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the fees associated with exams. Maybe it's on the Pearle Vision side of things or how my insurance works with Pearle Vision but it definitely makes me hesitant on going annually for exams. Maybe every other year. I will however be returning here for my frames and lens for the for seeable future! Great prices and better then other places from designer frames. More then pleased about that!

As for the office staff their customer service is horrible and I requested a copy of my prescription it took 1 months and 2 phone calls, being put on hold without letting me know I was being put on hold.
