The Manager came the next day to assess the situation and our needs and had a GREAT team with us starting the next day. The caregivers ranged in age and personality, but each was well qualified, and very sensitive to our personalities and needs, medical and otherwise. In addition, on the rare occasion when they needed to send a substitute to us, each of them was just as good our primary team. It really felt like they understood our needs and had a deep bench of help so I was never left on my own. Really first rate. I'd highly recommend.
