Kelly, the Director of Outreach, is a gem to work with. She is professional, dedicated and hard working. Kelly met me at my mom's home prior to our caregiver's arrival. I felt instantly at ease. She helped coordinate with hospice and asked questions that would not have occurred to me. Our caregiver, Jackie, was perfect in every way. She was able to position my mother properly and take care of her physical needs so that she could be as comfortable as possible. Her help allowed me and my family to spend quality time with my mother. Although my mother only lived for one day after we engaged Home Instead, that one day was as peaceful and comfortable as it could have been. I cannot imagine what our day would have been like without Jackie's care. Thank you Kelly and Jackie, you are the best.

As soon as I said my name the person who answered the phone gave me a huff and hung up the phone, not knowing the nature of my call. My opinion: "People who are not mentally equipped to deal with the public should not be put in a position to handle public interaction no matter what the circumstances are". If i wanted to inquire of a place for my elderly mother, that phone exchanged would have definitely helped me to go somewhere else. Of course the person will deny and claim someone else was the culprit, but that doesn't matter to consumers, your company is being judged as a whole. I am in no way trying to get anyone disciplined only to bring awareness for conversations, or you can choose to ignore my response. but at the end of the day you may lose out on business if not checked.
