I noticed the pharmacist, Jessica, sitting inside, and when she finally responded, she gave me the roller. I explained the situation and handed her the prescription, but instead of providing clear assistance, she gave me a hard time, stating that the medication was not covered and that it was my responsibility to call the doctor’s office. Throughout the interaction, her tone and attitude were unprofessional and dismissive, which made the experience very unpleasant. This was my first time using this pharmacy, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. I will not be returning due to the poor service I received.
