He checks in with evey client, he knows about all of the products and he guides the new employees. Adrian was very funny, he help me navigate dual insurance options, and Dr. Michelle Ho was very war and engaging with mt 10 year old. The prices arent the best in the age of the internet but you'll get the same rates at every retail chain. Come for the customer service.

From my first appearance of having my exam done, to my most recent visitation of initiating the order for my glasses, the process has been exceptional. Each staff member that I encountered showed me and my daughter, the utmost level of chivalry and hospitality. During the exam not only did I experience State of the Art Technology, but the Practitioner was very competent, being much enthused to enlighten me on anything I was curious about. From there, I was assisted by ever so patient assistant Ms. Kat, who was very accommodating in all areas of need. As I was a bit indecisive on what exactly to get, I was shown much attentiveness and sensitivity by both Ms. Kat and Store Manager Demetrus. When I made my last visitation to finally process my order, there was a small misunderstanding on my end, and not only did Demetreus clarify things in a courteous manner, but went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied! I must say the Store Manager Demetreus has set a high standard for exemplary customer service, and I truly do appreciate all the effort that was put towards me having a wonderful experience! I will be back again, and my daughter also has made For Eyes a future contender to do business! If you are someone who is looking for a place with not only a great selection of frames, but a collaboration of great people who will give you top of the line service in all aspects, For Eyes on 17th & Chestnut is the place for you!
