My mom was a new patient with her first visit at this location on 3/9, and we had a fantastic experience. From the initial phone call to schedule the appointment, Ms. Tammy was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to confirm that they accepted my mom’s insurance (UHC) and helped us secure a quick appointment.
When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Paige, who was also very kind and patient with everyone who walked in. She sat down with my mom and me to explain the new patient paperwork and everything that needed to be completed before going to the back. The medical assistant (I'm sorry, I forgot her name) was very thorough during the triage process. I especially appreciated how the nurse practitioner, Rema, carefully reviewed every detail of my mom’s medical history and conducted a detailed exam. We left the appointment with referrals, new prescriptions, and a clear plan for follow-up care. They were even able to draw blood on site and send it to the lab, which was very convenient.
Before leaving, I also had the opportunity to speak with the center manager, Tabitha. I noticed how supportive she was of her team from the moment we walked in. Experiences like this truly make a difference, especially for new patients and families who may not know what to expect from a new office. Although the visit ran a little long, I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you to the ArchWell team for providing such great care.
