Went above and beyond when my groceries were left there by DoorDash and I couldn’t get in touch with anybody through the app I called the store and was put on hold when she answered the phone she actually listened to me She was very understanding now I know the store was crowded and they all had had a long day. It was Christmas Eve and the store had already closed but she went above and beyond to talk with me and solve my problem I am so appreciative, not only of the store but for her patience and kindness

I saw this recently as the employe was trying to lean the grill which was not clean at all— it was dark as she was trying to scrub it clean, as best she could. I told her that i would speak to the Manager, which l plan to do this week…disgusting ….. which is why totally disgusting.

They had a perfectly simple way of notifying you by text when your prescription is ready. Suddenly, they have removed that, and they CALL you by robocall. And leave a message with no real information! A staff member told me that local staff can no longer reset my settings to Text, but that i have to go on the Acme app for that. The Acme app is a piece of crap. I tried to do it (just 42 or so steps) and still cant get it to change. They just want more and more personal info to be put in. No way! I am changing my pharmacy.
