- SCSLynn Cooks4 days ago2.0My first visit was alright. Dr. Ritchey is the doctor I saw during my first visit. His exam went decently, however since then, I have been unable to contact him about my vision issues. The staff is very off putting. The place looks like it needs updating. The doctor totally ignored what I wanted but charged me for what he thought I should have which has been a disaster for my vision issue. This location states that it opens at 9am however they do not answer the phone at all. The receptionist's message on the answering service is quite curt. They do not answer the phone when you have problems with the product that you paid for. That is very unprofessional and I feel robbed. The most annoying part is not being able to get in contact with my doctor about my vision prescriptions. I have been calling the office since 9am for the last hour with no answer. I also requested something specific from the doctor which he completely ignored and now I cannot get in contact with the office. They do not even have a place to leave a phone message. 1-star for lack of courteousness, follow up, communication and not being able to reach my vision medical professional due to a prescription issue. They TAKE YOUR MONEY, CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE AND DITCH YOU! BEWARE!
