  Mostly the nurses did a good job caring for my mom, I was really disappointed that her brand new clothing was misplace and not found before she was released. I didn't like that she was set in the hallway near the nurses station alone in the day she was discharged and I came up to meet her. She wasn't cleaned till she was about to be discharged to come home. Her medication was not ready for her to take home, the Pagemaker said it would be sent over so it could go with her home. I later talked with them and was told that everything had been sent over and should have been with her when she was discharged. Also no one ever found her missing clothes which really pissed me off. The nurses and staff I (personally) met did take good care of my mom. OFTEN HAD HARD TIME REACHING ANYONE TO CHECK ON MY MOM WHEN I CALLED. I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY DUSCHARGE INFORMATION PACKET ABOUT MEDICATION, DIET RESTRICTIONS OR CARE.

  LO has been having to wait over an hour for someone to come when the nurse button has been pushed. He called me with a small issue (glad it wasn’t serious), it took me an hour and 20 minutes to get there and no one had been in there to see what he needed. I alerted the staff and they came right in thinking it was just something that happened. They must do better!!!!!!
