  this urgent care is a 5 stars! first time going here with my son and we was seen within’ less then 20 mins! staff is super kind and very friendly! atmosphere is clean to the max! i love how they have beverages, small snacks & entertainment for patients. i will definitely be going here a lot!

  Walking though the door it was amazing the receptionists denise and drisa are so sweet and welcoming, my provider sheera and my MA brittiny were so nice and understanding i couldn’t have asked for anyone better!!!

  MA, Brittiny, and PA provider, Dr. Sheena, were amazing. Denise and Drisa at the front desk were also wonderful. They all listened to everything that I had to say and were very welcoming. If you need to go to an urgent care, I definitely recommend AFC Urgent Care Roosevelt Mall. You will definitely get the care that you need.

  From the wonderful first impression by Denise and Drisa at the front desk, to the lasting impression by the MA Brittiny and the awesome provider Sheena—this is by far the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. If I moved to the other side of the city, I would still travel to this location—they were that great. 5-stars is not enough!

  I secretly don't want to tell you how Great this location isss ! When You walk in your either greeted by Denise or drisa Very kind very patient very informative. the lobby The lobbyyyyyy Is so clean it smells good even though the window was just busting like Bam hey look at me. I'm going to the doctors. I love it is quiet. It's never crowded in here. I always come late nights. They're open until 8pm. Who you know, Dr. open until 8? I'll wait OK then Then you have your PA her name is Sheena so move so sweet again very informative patient , she made me feel so comfortable just off of her Demeanor I felt like I knew her already . Then we have Brittiny the MA , that's my girl she help me lasted time so nice, great spirit over all as you can see I love the team they get you in and out honey. I will definitely be coming back and it's not far got to love it
