  Called three times to schedule the I-693 appointment on two separate days. Two times got directly to voicemail, and the third time was on hold for 10+ minutes with no one picking up. Decided to get my stuff and go there in person only to be redirected to Consohocken and told that they do not do the immigration physical at this location. This is neither close nor convenient given that at least two visits are needed. Whoever is in charge of the website needs to update the false/outdated information.

  Absolutely the worst location ever. Was refused service because i refused to pay for a co pay related to an account sent to collections over $40. I was willing and ready to pay today. Have an urgent injury and was just accosted by a staff member, verbally assaulted and told that “He’s broke” and I couldn’t afford care there whilst the manager, xray tech and other employees crowded and aggressively mistreated me.

  I waited not more than 15 minutes to see a provider and that included the time needed to complete all of the forms. The front office staff and the clinical team was professional, listened to my concerns and responded appropriately. The facility was clean and modern so I would recommend this location to friends and family!

  Emma was so wonderful! My son Hugo immediately answered all her questions and we got to the root cause of his jaw and ear pain. It was a smooth and easy process with zero issues. Such a pleasant experience. Thanks!

  The wait time wasn’t bad at all, but as far as how I felt as a patient is totally different. I didn’t get greeted once by any of the staff expect the doctor who was prescribing the medication. As I was getting my blood pressure took, the lady was very aggressive, she only weighed me and I had to tell her how i tall I was instead of her doing the work. As far as the doctor, I just felt like she didn’t care to check to see what was wrong, she looked in my ear for literally 1 sec and the places I was telling her I get pain it’s like she didn’t acknowledge it. I was just prescribed Ibuprofen, when I told them I have already been taking them and it hasn’t really done much for me. I was only in the urgent care for no longer than 10 min. I just wish they showed they care a little bit more.
