Very pleasant experience. Place was very clean, staff very polite and friendly and was in and out in no time. The phlebotomist was very professional and caused no pain.

Check in was super easy. I was home 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. The phlebotomist definitely knew what she was doing.

Getting labs done here was an excruciating experience, and not at all how you’d expect. I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday morning and when I was called back, the rude technician in room 3 insisted that she could not find my requested labs and that I would need to leave and come back another day. I assured her that my doctor sent them over but she was unwilling to call them or help me any further and told me I’d just have to leave. She absolutely refused to call my doctor and said that they don’t do that there. (Mind you, their automated phone system tells you that they CAN and WILL call your doctor if needed). Immediately upon leaving my appointment, I called my doctors office who assured me that my labs were sent to Quest over a week and a half beforehand and that the technician should’ve been able to pull them up. After hearing this, I called Quest customer service who also assured me that they could see my requested labs and that the technician “should have been able to pull them up”. The rep also told me that the technician “should’ve” called my doctor’s office and was wrong for having me leave, and that she would put in a complaint and have someone call me. I received a call from a Tiara (some kind of manager) that same day and her tone was dismissive right from the start. I was told that “the employees don’t treat me that way when I’m at that location so I’m surprised they’d be rude to you” 🤦🏼‍♀️ I now see why the technician in room 3 gets away with being lazy and treating people the way she does - There’s absolutely no accountability. I think I’d rather die off than ever get another lab done here
