  It was a quick appointment. I felt very comfortable with my appointment. The woman taking my blood was very nice.

  Super professional staff, friendly, chill and easy to communicate at the same time. Blood draw was successful in one try. This is indeed the best in the area. I will be exclusively coming back here for any future blood work.

  I had an appt early this morning at Quest in Paoli (my first time at this location). Blair was the kindest sweetest person I've ever had draw my blood. I am notorious for being nervous and she was incredible at distracting me. She's so good that I didn't even feel the needle which sounds crazy but she's that good!! She is a blessing for those of us who are scared or nervous giving blood. Thank you so much Blair!!

  Heather and Blair were absolutely phenomenal! They talked me through deep breaths and were genuinely so kind and so positive/happy. I refuse to go anywhere else for my bloodwork! And this is coming from someone who is terrified of this entire process! LOL thank you Blair and Heather!!

  I have always had positive walk-in experiences at this location in the past, but unfortunately that was not the case this time. Blair repeatedly expressed frustration about me coming in as a walk-in without an appointment. I understand that appointments take priority, but I observed that customers with appointments were being accommodated an hour early, while the walk-in list continued to be ignored—even when no one was actively being serviced. Rather than assisting me, Blair chose to wait for late appointment arrivals and continued to lecture me about not having an appointment, even implying it was unreasonable for me to expect service quickly as a walk-in even if there is a chance. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional compared to the service I’ve received here previously.
