One of her helpers took my friend's broken glasses there. They couldn't repair them, but put the lenses in a new frame. My friend was happy, and the helper said she received courteous service.

My family has been coming here for years, but the newer staff do not have any interest in promoting Customer Service or maintaining existing customers. Also, the store does not publish it's cancellation policy - they will not see you if you arrive 12 minutes late for an appointment. And, they will do nothing to reschedule or help you in any way if you are 12 minutes late. I was stuck in traffic before an appointment recently - my husband had an appointment right before me - and I called him and told him that I was running late. He told the doctor and the receptionists that I was running late and left the store (this was 10 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to start).. I arrived - literally - within 2 minutes of his departure - and the receptionists told me the doctor would not see me. They didn't try to help reschedule or do anything to help the situation. I asked why they didn't tell my husband that my appointment would be canceled, so that I would know not to even bother coming in, but they offered no explanation, no sympathy, and, ultimately, no help to reschedule or find a different appointment for me. My business and that of my family obviously mean nothing to this company. The good news is, there are a lot of other good Eye Care options available in our area.
