My dad stated Laura’s professionalism, communication and pleasant nature is the primary reason for his success with his hearing aides. She is a true asset to Miracle Ear. Also, a big shout out to Denise at the front desk. My dad had the wrong appointment time and we showed up a week earlier than originally scheduled. However, Denise worked with Laura and they were able to squeeze him in. As my dad stated, “now that is A + customer service!”. Thank you ladies!
