  I was extremely pleased with Nicole and the process at AudioNova. I am glad I received a second opinion here for my tinnitus prior to getting an MRI. She had a wonderful demeanor and was very transparent and personable. She wasn't trying to sell me anything and explained the next steps very thoroughly. I made my appointment and was seen very quickly. Highly recommend! Thank you Nicole!

  Very Professonial and helpful in making the process easy, they let me have a pair of hearing aids for 4 weeks with no money down, very kind and considerate

  Dr. Frederick was kind, courteous, very professional and since we both knew her hometown we had that in common. I learned things I didn’t know about hearing issues and hearing aids. It was an excellent visit.
