Linh, a longstanding pharmacist at Paoli Acme is just fabulous at her job in every way. First she is friendly to me and lots of other customers — she calls us by name and makes us feel like it’s a neighborhood pharmacy. Second she goes above and beyond in helpfulness. She fills our scripts promptly, researches issues if there’s a problem, goes out of her way to suggest coupons or other ways to access meds we need, and has even spent days helping us resolve a protracted problem with our insurance. It’s a demanding and busy job and she is unfailingly hardworking, helpful, accurate and kind. Bottom line, she’s the best kind of pharmacist and Paoli Savon is lucky to have her.
