  The providers are fine, but calling them to schedule and reschedule appointments can be a complete black hole. Their portal is terrible, and they *really* need a way for people with severe anxiety and ADHD to schedule and reschedule appointments without the need to make a phone call. They sometimes respond to messages in their portal, but you can’t rely on that as a way to do anything. Twice we have had appointments canceled with no notice (provider went on medical leave or the medical secretary made an error), and we only found out in the day of because there was no telehealth link when we signed in to the portal for the appointment. And no one else in the office can get that info to you, just the medical secretary. And if you can’t get a person to respond for days, you run the risk of getting charged a no-show fee because they require 48 hours’ notice. And this has to happen every single month. It is so stressful.

  Beware! We saw Dr. Napalinga at this office. Everything started out great but after 4 months, she became unresponsive to any messages or calls. My son is Autistic among other things and receives medications. We were in crisis. We tried to reach her for a month. Unfortunately my son winded up in inpatient which could have been avoided if I could have gotten ahold of his important team member. Says she will order things and never does it. Makes me sick. Her secretary isn’t any better. He never returns calls or does anything correctly. Tries to bill you the incorrect amount. Very unprofessional manner. The main office doesn’t return calls. We had to have our psychologist reach out to the director and they never even called us. Pathetic. This place should not even be open. People are here for serious mental health issues and get treated this way?

  The worst practice ever. I was convinced by my therapist to let them take over writing all my meds. The practice made a decision to disallow one of my Rx. Then discharged me bc I was not happy about it and demanded an explanation. I didn’t get one. I contacted the director on his FB messenger. He didn’t respond but he did have his minions call me and scold me. Long story short SP engaged in unethical practices and doesn’t care enough about their patients to explain why. Pass on this place for real!

  My therapist Dr. Zachary Maichuk is amazing. I've worked with him for five years and he's really helped me improve my anxiety and anger

  Very disappointed in new patient policy. They turn you away because they're too busy and tell you they only make new patient appointments 7 days in advance so they expect you to call back weekly to check for availability. I am honestly shocked this is how a psychology practice operates. This is the problem with our health care system and why so many mental health patients don't get help. Trying to get an appointment is enough to make anyone snap.
