It’s refreshing to find an eye care professional who doesn’t rush through appointments and genuinely cares about getting things right. Dr. Sam’s patience and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care!

- DJDory JNov 30, 20255.0Everyone in this office.....from the moment I stepped in through the finishing steps.....took the time to clearly and personably explain the tests being performed, the changes in my vision, the types of frames that would compliment the lenses I needed, to the insurance coverage. This was not my first visit here, and I think I was even more impressed than my past visits. I would definitely recommend Pearl Vision at Airport Square!!
- BBBriana BalsamNov 30, 20253.0The doctor I saw was very kind, professional, and helpful. The store itself was tough. There were only 2 sales people and a wait even though I had had an appointment. One man was on the phone with someone asking for something that couldn't be done. While I appreciate him helping the customer to his best ability, he was placing her on hold and mocking her to everyone in the store. I'm not here to listen to you mocking people, be professional do what you need to do, but announcing to everyone is ridiculous. The man that was helping me was no better than an old car salesman. After 20 minutes of sitting in silence while he typed, offering me lenses that cost more than the glasses until I said no and asked for other options. Then he had the nerve to ask if I was going to be careful with the glasses. I looked him dead in the eye and asked if that was a serious question. I'm a woman in my 30's, not a 12 year old. I don't think I would return based on the sales team.
