We were out of town and use Pearle Vision in New Jersey for all of our needs. We get excellent service at our Pearle Vision and expected the same until we went here! There was one person there and he absolutely ignored my husband for almost 45 minutes. My 85 year old mother was in the car Along with my aunt. The man in the store made absolutely no attempt to help my husband and kept talking to the customer he had without even seeing if he possibly could Do two things at once which most sales people MUST DO When you are alone and responsible for ALL Customers coming in the door. I told him my husband was a physician and he needed his glasses for work the following day and this made no difference to him. He kept chatting like he was having a romantic dinner with this woman! There was absolutely no service provided to us even to see what the issue was. I Informed him that I would be reporting him and he said go ahead! We walked out and this morning drove to our Pearle Vision and it was fixed in less than five minutes!!!
