- PHPaula HolderbaumMar 29, 20264.0My mom has hearing aids and she doesn’t do change very well. Hasn’t heard like she should for a long time. So adjustments are very trying for her. Recently there for an adjustment. First time seeing Patricia. She was beyond wonderful with her and her needs. Such a wonderful listener and people person! And Dawn…she is awesome at the desk as well. Always so friendly and personable. It does show they care about improving their customers’ hearing. Kudos to you both!
- DUDevil dog USMCMar 4, 20265.0I was referred to Miracle Ear by my UPMC. I felt at ease as soon as I waked in the door. Dawn offered me something to drink and there were snacks availably too. Patty was also fantastic and very knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. If you want to find a place that really cares and will treat you like family, this is the place.

Went back to get my hearing aids visit got to meet Dawn, she made you feel like you just walked into the Home of a Life Long Friend! I got one more visit and Looking Forward to It!!! Completely Satisfied!!! Highly Recommend!
