- DHDawn HFeb 2, 20265.0I have taken the signature hot class at other Y6 studios. I absolutely loved Stef's interpretation of the class. She held poses a bit so we could really melt into them. Her cueing was outstanding and her Playlist was phenomenal. Most of all, I loved how Stef engaged each student in the room and made everyone feel special. Thank you

High pressure sales I recommended this place to my daughter who was excited to try because of their deal for 3 trial sessions paid in advance for $36. She paid when she registered and it was only after she completed her first class when an employee was trying to sell her a larger package when the discovered that my daughter was only planning on being in town for the next month. The moment they realized she wasn't a long term prospect they upcharged her to $66 to redeem the rest of the classes. Going as far as to say “This offer wasn't meant for people who don't live locally year round” The overall yoga experience wasn't bad, but they really tarnished my thoughts on this business for an extra thirty dollars.

Not only the other attendees in the classes that have taken but also the staff. Everyone was so warm and friendly and it felt like I was supported from beginning to end. The instructors that led the classes offered variations for the different poses which was helpful and I would definitely recommend this studio for any newcomer like me or novice looking for a place to be authentically themselves
