Apotheco Pharmacy Group is an innovative access platform that offers specialized dermatology care. We provide specialized treatment for Eczema, Acne, Actinic Keratosis, Fungal Infections, Psoriasis, Wound Care, and Rosacea. Apotheco Pharmacy Newtown Square was built brand new in 2017 and is located right across the street from the Newtown Square Shopping Center and off of PA-3. Newtown Square in Westchester Pike, PA is less than an hour away from Philadelphia and is full of bustling businesses, shops, and places to eat with plenty of parking available. Our skin care pharmacy is also a short drive away from a local landmark, Rose Tree Park. We deliver dermatology prescriptions free of charge.

I was asking questions to try to understand why my prescription was sent there and the woman was being condescending, rude and raising her voice. Thank God I don’t use this pharmacy.

- LLLisaJan 2, 20261.0I had the rudest interaction with a worker of any establishment i’ve ever called or visited when i called here to let them know i filled out online information in order to have my prescription filled. It was my first time filling a prescription at this pharmacy. She was rude as soon as she answered the phone. She genuinely sounded like she was beefing with me when i had asked her for clarification because i wasn’t understanding when she quickly explained to me that i had to file “carry out” or something like that. All i did was ask for clarification on what that meant and she acted like i was bugging for asking her to clarify when that’s literally her job to talk to people on the phone about these things. It was appalling, idk. ik jobs are annoying but you didnt have to act like you wanna punch me in the face girl. take it up with someone who can help change your situation if you’re miserable and not the innocent customers calling. not even being dramatic. Denise, (if that’s really your name) i hope you heal. Also i hope i never have to call again because that was a really rude and odd phone interaction. I’ll definitely be letting my prescribing doctor know about my experience with this pharmacy that she recommended.
