  I had the rudest interaction with a worker of any establishment i’ve ever called or visited when i called here to let them know i filled out online information in order to have my prescription filled. It was my first time filling a prescription at this pharmacy. She was rude as soon as she answered the phone. She genuinely sounded like she was beefing with me when i had asked her for clarification because i wasn’t understanding when she quickly explained to me that i had to file “carry out” or something like that. All i did was ask for clarification on what that meant and she acted like i was bugging for asking her to clarify when that’s literally her job to talk to people on the phone about these things. It was appalling, idk. ik jobs are annoying but you didnt have to act like you wanna punch me in the face girl. take it up with someone who can help change your situation if you’re miserable and not the innocent customers calling. not even being dramatic. Denise, (if that’s really your name) i hope you heal. Also i hope i never have to call again because that was a really rude and odd phone interaction. I’ll definitely be letting my prescribing doctor know about my experience with this pharmacy that she recommended.

  Staff is so rude and unaccountable. They ran my insurance incorrectly and told me one price and gave another when I came to pick up. then said it was a different insurance they ran. I said I have not switched insurances in the past week. Instead of taking accountability they were rude and said okay. Not my apologies for the incorrect information and confusion. She says okay. Like where is your professionalism and manners. The entitlement is sad. Do better and be better because you’re a pharmacist. But I’m never coming there again because of this unprofessionalism.

  I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent interaction I had with one of your representatives named Dxxxxs on 8/28/2025 at 11:53 am Unfortunately, I found her tone and approach to be unprofessional and discourteous, which was both unexpected and upsetting.

  I haven’t had to go there yet, free delivery !! Super helpful and polite staff! Wish I could get all my medication from here!
