We were totally new to home health care and Home instead was amazing. Their very reasonable priced and have the BEST caregivers. I want to give a huge shout out to Allen and Marcus who made this had time for my dad so much better. They were huge helps and so kind and friendly. We felt so much peace with them helping my dad with things like bathing and they were completely professional and kind! The admin side of things was also excellent. Suzanne and Mya walked us through each step and were great with setting up schedules, payment etc as was James. Thank you all for making a difficult time better for our family! Thankfully my dad is quickly improving and if we ever need home health care in the future we will be calling home instead first.
