    It was my first time to the office, and first time seeing Kelsey. I didn't know what to expect going to an office in New Wilmington. Nothing against New Wilmington, but it's "Amish country," as they say, and in the middle of nowhere. As I was approaching, I didn't think I was going to pull up to a medical office bc of roads I was on, hahaha, but I did! Courtney, the lady who checked me in and out, had a good personality and a good sense of humor. We chatted a bit and laughed a lot. Kelsey was awesome from the moment she walked in the door. I felt comfortable from the start. I felt like she listened to what I was saying and wanted to help with my concerns. I'm looking forward to my journey with her.

    I emailed a question about a relative in Shenango On The Green, for whom we have oversight. Someone from the office went to see her the very next day and responded immediately to us. A staff member from Shenango On The Green called the morning after to also report. We are impressed and grateful for that kind of care..

    This visit was virtual (on the phone) for follow up in the CCM (Chronic Care Management) program. Natalie was thorough while being friendly and showing interest and concern. Dr. Gardner’s staff are all 5 star. I haven’t met one member who I’d rate lower. Great people through out the practice.
