I had written down everything that i had questions and comments on while trying the hearing aid for 2 weeks . I went for my appt and i was so excited i was able to hear . He took his kindness and spread it to me . Checking everything was on , and volumes were correct, cleaned ear piece, retesting making sure i can hear all tones at different levels .i am so grateful Chuck was at tentative to me and patient with me . Listening and understanding everything i had explained . Sara , receptionist ,shared her kindness toward to me also gave me info papers on trouble shooting while i was in the waiting area to see Chuck . They are a Miracle .
- BABeth AgostaApr 13, 20183.0$5000 WASTEED!!! We were told this newer technology has two reciever/speaker things and that this would help minimize our prevent problems with background noise. On the second follow up when we mentioned the background noise being so loud we were told it can only do so much. So we're stuck. Now we find out friends who went with different company for hearing aids have free batteries for life. Another just recharges the battery. All for about the same price! MIRACLE ear? The only miracle is how they stay in business!!!
