Barre focuses a lot on your core which is great because it’s something I tend to neglect when working out by myself or at home. The studio is super clean and cute inside. The teachers/staff are all very upbeat and welcoming, they make a point to remember your name, and they all are super helpful with any of the moves throughout the class.

It is so challenging and so rewarding, I am beyond thrilled that I finally took that step to try it out. All of the teachers are so encouraging and supportive and it really does have that family feel! If you are in the fence about trying out a class, do yourself a favor and sign up! You will become an addict too!
