StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Murrysville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly. A special shoutout to my two amazing Flexologists, Ava and Abby. They are both phenomenal at what they do. Ava has an incredible knack for finding the right stretches to target exactly where I need them the most. She listens carefully to my concerns and always tailors the sessions perfectly. Abby, on the other hand, brings a wealth of knowledge and a cheerful demeanor that makes every session a delight. Both Ava and Abby have significantly improved my flexibility and overall well-being. Additionally, I have to commend Bill, the manager. He is tremendous! Bill ensures everything runs smoothly and always greets clients with a warm smile. His professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service are evident in every aspect of the studio. Overall, Stretch Lab Murrysville is a fantastic place to invest in your health and well-being. The team here is second to none, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
