  I've been doing pilates here weekly for about 7 months now - it's undoubtedly the best part of my day and very often the highlight of my week! I have taken a few different classes and intensities with various instructors and have truly loved them all! Most recently, I've been doing a flow 1 class with Brittany, and she's been amazing and helpful in making accommodations for my pregnancy. Her classes flow nicely and I mostly know what to expect week-to-week. She's extremely down to earth and encouraging in class, creating an extremely welcoming atmosphere for everyone, however you show up, as long as you show up. I highly recommend trying an intro class if you're even a little bit interested in trying pilates - I promise it isn't as intimidating as it seems! And thank you, Club Pilates, for my weekly "me-time" 💙
