- KMKathy MillerDec 13, 20255.0I’m 76 years old, post-menopausal and have been seeing Joni for about 6 weeks for incontinence symptoms. (Yep, messy and not a dinner table subject.😭.) Joni is an excellent educator; she listens well, treats me and my problems with respect and compassion. She has helped me gain abdominal strength which is critical for pelvic floor health. I now have a variety of pelvic floor PT exercises that are beginning to resolve some painful spinal issues effecting bladder & bowel control. (Think of that song that goes “ the knee bone’s connected to the thigh bone. The thigh bone’s connected to the hip bone” to understand how our body parts rely on each other.) I will miss Joni terribly in the new year and wish her only the best future for her professional career and personal life.

I was given my schedule for the month which we discussed the best plan for my situation. I was very happy with the over all visit and my evaluation. This was my first visit, but very encouraged.
