I wanted something with a workout, but also somewhat relaxing (stretching) to de-stress me from my day/week. Club Pilates in Murrysville has fulfilled all that… A level 1 class feels like a Level 1 class (challenging but not overwhelming). I’ve been going for over a year now and I actually look forward to going every time! I have had a variety of instructors and I think my favorite is Chelsey! She is encouraging and still able to challenge us, checks how we are feeling periodically throughout the class, and is able to keep things fresh as well as have a kind of routine every class! I appreciate that so much!!! Thank you Chelsey and thank you Club Pilates in Murrysville!!!
