Twice now the incompetent person at the front failed to order necessary medication for a client. When asked why they had no reason or excuse, just offered to order it again. Seriously? The fact is Giant makes thousands off of prescriptions. You would think they could afford competent help and they could be a little more detail oriented with how they managed medication since it affects people's lives. Hopefully Paul will finally deliver on the promise to order the medication. His staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing, maybe he could also provide some training.
