  Timely and courteous service, from the initial phone call to the completion of the maintenance procedure. After 2 1/2 years of the stair lift being exposed to all elements, the chair works as good as new.

  We had such a wonderful experience through the whole process. We needed a ramp installed in 2 days so that we could bring home someone in a wheelchair from rehab. They heard the urgency in my voice and were there the next day to take measurements and provide a quote. We accepted the quote (which was less expensive than another quote we received). They arrived when they said they would, installed the ramp faster than anticipated. Their employees were courteous and compassionate and had the understanding that our world had been turned upside down. When it was time to remove the ramp, all it took was a phone call and everything was taken care of. They came and removed the ramp when they said they would and did it quickly. If you need a temporary ramp, these are the people to call. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Thank you 101 Mobility!
