  I called 3 times trying to make an appointment. Left a message with answering service each time, no return call. Finally my doctors office called and got me an appointment next day. Building is poorly marked, entrance is unclear. My nurse Tammy was quite good. Noise level in machine was unbelievable. Sponge pads over my ears did nothing. Why would you have a ridiculously loud alarm near the end of the cycle. Just let it end! Considering I was being evaluated for vertigo, your machine did everything possible to give me an episode.

  Was a little skeptical after booking based off the reviews but this is definitely one of those “ you need to see for yourself”.. the staff was great , woman at front desk and both techs. Each with a unique personality, that i appreciated. They aren’t robots they are regular people working. The procedures themselves were fine. I’m claustrophobic and had no issues with the MRI and was asked how I was doing prior and when I was on the bed. Same with the CT scan. This is a small business, not everyone’s personality’s will click BUT they should not be penalized with negative reviews for it. I will definitely come back if any further testing is needed.

  After reading through prior reviews I felt the need to share my own. I’ve had to speak with the front desk 4 or more times since scheduling 4 days ago and every single time has been easy and I’ve been met with kindness. When I showed up for my appointment today, the receptionist, again, was nothing but kind and helpful. The ultrasound tech greeted me with a huge smile and walked me through the test and answered all of my questions. There has been an issue with having my records sent to them and even through that frustration they have been nothing but helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff that I’ve dealt with thus far!
