  Excellent people, great care, knowledgeable and informative. However, after getting the MRI ordered by my surgeon from Guthrie it was never sent to him and had i not called to ask about the delay they (Guthrie) still would not know i had the MRI. I had to contact EMHS myself and have the MRI report sent. You would think they would send it to the ordering facility, doctor without having to call and request it!

  I drove over an hour to this office because I really liked the PA I previously saw. After my appointment, I had an MRI done at a different facility that was closer to home. A week went by and I hadn’t heard anything, so I had to reach out myself. It took numerous calls before anyone answered. I was told they never received my MRI, but when I contacted the imaging facility, they confirmed it was sent. I spoke with Guthrie staff twice and was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. This has been extremely frustrating, especially after the long drive and lack of follow-up or treatment. I ended up going somewhere totally different, was seen that week and was scheduled for surgery within days! This was a disappointing visit at Guthrie.
