  I had a appointment at 1:10 I got there at 1:05 and I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes no one to talk to at all either

  I did not have an appointment, maybe that’s my fault but I have always done walk ins with quest at different locations and never had an issue. I signed up and got on the waitlist. I sat there for about 40 minutes while people came and went, there was a span of about 20 minutes where I was the only person there, no one being seen in the back, and then another woman came in and also got on the waitlist. The staff knew we were both there, we sat there a while longer and then I finally left because more people with appointments started arriving and I knew it was now not possible to be seen. I would never go back to this location.

  I've been to the same local Quest many times, and give them 10s across the board. What more is there to say?

  It was one of the best experiences I had with someone having to take my blood. There was no pain at all and no bruising.

  Every phlebotomist I've ever encountered at this facility has been excellent!
