  I wish I knew the name of the person who I worked with- she was PHENOMENAL. I hate getting my blood drawn and was so scared. I got 12-14 vials and got in done quickly And painlessly. I cried after from relief. If you are like me and are nervous for these apts, you Will not regret going here !!

  The technician who drew my blood was obviously in training. After she drew my blood ( which she did extremely well, I barely felt the needle) I told her I needed extra tape and it should be tight as I do bleed quite a bit. She put a small piece of gauze on it and 2 strips of paper tape. By the time I got to my car I suddenly noticed my shirt was soaked in blood!!!! I had to sit there for quite a while to get it to stop bleeding!

  If you make an appointment it can be pretty fast. If you walk in, it might take longer. It is great that you can schedule online and change it if you have to. The people are always nice & professional.

  I'm a person that dreads medical "stuff". Was severely injured in the military and the Army medical staff and complications around that really compounded the problems I had around things. This lab was AMAZING, the staff member was friendly, kind, welcoming, and really really good at getting things done the first try with blood draw. For a person who detests anything medical, this was like night and day for what i'm used to and I really appreciate it.

  Porcha was excellent giving me white glove care during the visit. Ample parking near the building at 7:30am. Check-in was seamless using the provided text messaging capabilities. In and out in 12 minutes with high quality care and premier experience.
