  Completely uncooperative. Tried to set up an appointment for my son, they wouldn't even discuss scheduling until I completed a number of forms on their portal. After spending 2 hours filling out their questionnaires I called back to try and schedule an appointment and they told me that they would not accept him as a patient because there was a court order involved (custody order as the result of a high conflict divorce). I lost valuable days trying to get my son help because of their intake process. The one intake person I spoke with (female) initially was nice but failed to inform me that they turn away clients if there is a court order. The other person I spoke with (male) was very rude.

  This is a corporate style system which requests credit card on file and payment before services rendered. Notices of upcoming appointments were excessive. Filling out intake forms online was time consuming and cumbersome. Clients are asked to identify a goal for therapy. Those with experience working in corporate settings will find the approach analogous to creating strategic plans. Clients with success working through transitions and challenges with a skilled therapist will find the corporate style approach feels antithetical to an alternative approach consisting of building rapport and exploring alternatives with an experienced trusted therapist. Not recommended for those seeking assistance in working through complex issues.

  Horrible and money hungry. We were told they accept our insurance, meanwhile one intake appt and 2 psych appts later, they've deducted over $500 from my debit card. And good luck trying to get a person on the phone to talk to you about any of this. We are done with them.

  This place is horrible. The Dr. I had was awesome and great but overall they don't care about you or your family member. All they want is the money. If you can't pay that day but can pay the next they will cancel your appointment, hold your meds what Is dangerous and very harmful to a psychological patient. I struggle day in and day out with extreme PTSD and depression I now feel I can no longer or will no longer trust another Dr. Or practice. I am also seeking legal counsel for this issue. As outlined in the contract they were to provide 30days of your perception upon discharge to find another Dr. They did not do that please if you are looking for help honest help do not go hear it could cost you your life or a family member. Mental illness is hard and is no joke .
