The therapists took the time to explain everything, tailored my treatment perfectly, and pushed me just the right amount. Week by week, I could see and feel real progress. Now, my ankle is strong, stable, and actually looks like a normal ankle and foot again which felt impossible at the beginning. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is knowledgeable and kind, and the results speak for themselves. I worked with Corbin, who - over a couple of weeks - sorted out an exercise regimen to target the area and everything surrounding it, which I found easy to implement at home and stick to (despite my aversion to exercise and previously sedentary lifestyle). By the second month, the facility was like a gym for me -- just go in, work through 10+ exercises, and leave feeling like I'd been exercising for years. The staff, from regulars to temps, are all sweet and personable. It's not a boot camp, just a nice place with a bunch of cool people who play good oldies music, know you by name, and help you torture yourself for your long-term benefit. I'm gonna miss it, but most importantly, I got what I went in for.
