They always give me a 15 to 20 minute. wait when it should be ready already and filled Not to mention the fact that when I call someone’s always giving an attitude like I’m just calling to make sure my meds are ready. What’s the issue?

I understand having an off day but seems to be like this with every interaction. I hope whoever is in charge takes her aside and reminds here how to treat the customers before they lose business because of her. Everyone else i find friendly and helpful!
