  Dr Laskas is awesome. He took care of my melanoma and barely left a scar after healing. I see him every 6 months. Lovely office with diligent support staff.

  Dr. Guido always explains everything he is doing and thinking. Dr. Guido and his assistants are very professional and I would recommend them.

  Doctor was thorough checking the things I was concerned about.His assistant was excellent with get me ready for the surgery and helping me with everything from start to finish! .

  I’ve been coming to this dermatology office for a few years and have always had a positive experience with the doctor I see. The care itself has never been an issue, which is why today’s experience at the front desk was so disappointing. When I walked in, both receptionists looked directly at me but didn’t acknowledge me, even though I greeted them first. One ignored me and told the other to check me in without saying anything to me. The second receptionist sighed, spoke to me in a rude tone, didn’t ask for my name, and started listing incorrect information until I had to correct her. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, like I was bothering her just by being there. I’ve never had an issue with the front desk staff before, which is why this stood out so much. The doctor is great, but how patients are treated when they first walk in really matters. I hope the office addresses this.
