  They are not punctual with their schedules. Despite having no customers in service or waiting, they were still running behind. This is not professional.

  Should have looked at the rating before I chose this Quest. The one in Harrisburg is way better. The girl that called me back, 30 minutes late mind you, looked like she was hungover and had the absolute worse attitude I’ve ever encountered with a medical “professional”. Then her supervisor came in and was equally as rude with a similar lack of empathy and professionalism. The rudeness trickles down. They should both be fired. Do yourself a favor and find a different Quest.

  I had a pretty good experience here. I could set up my appointment online, check in was easy, wait was okay, and the person who I worked with was nice and pretty funny! I also the results quick using the app.
