I have now, happily found PB Mechanicsburg and call this my new home. As always, the instructors are fabulous, classes are challenging and the community is uplifting. PB has been the only type of fitness class to make you feel like you have engaged every muscle, pushed you to your potential while being surrounded by other women focused on the same goals. Every class gives you the workout you desire and the drive to keep coming back!
