    I visited this location on Friday afternoon because an ear wax guard had broken off inside my hearing aid. My hearing aid was not a Miracle-Ear product nor was this the office of my Hearing Specialist. I explained my problem to the receptionist, Nancy. She was so kind and caring and asked me to wait to see the Hearing Specialist, Dan. Although I was not a patient at this facility, Dan removed the lodged material from my hearing aid with ease. I cannot say enough about this office and staff. Thank you Nancy and Dan!

    I went into the Mechanicsburg office having a great difficulty hearing. Dan Rice was able to correct the problem. Dan was compassionate and caring. I am extremely satisfied with the service and am looking forward to future visits. Thank you.
