  Kimberly is a very great flexologist she is also very kind. Her stretches are very good. I feel great after the stretches. You are missing out if don't get a stretch with Kimberly.

  I’ve been going to the Mechanicsburg location for a few months now, and the results are great! My flexibility has improved and I feel great. I’ve had several different flexologists and been happy will all of them.

  I just had my introductory 50-minute stretch session at StretchLab with Gabby. I chose an 8am time slot, and it was a great way to wake up and feel alive for sure. The environment at the location is great: low light, relaxing, and safe. The music playing was like, 2000s Pop, I knew every song lol. As I checked in, they asked about goals, any issues, etc. Mine is really just to become more mobile and increase athletic ability while preventing injury (pickleball and CrossFit-style workouts). The session started with a cool app (Physmodo) on an iPad that had me do three squats with my arms overhead so it could analyze my mobility. I was right in the middle of each score: Mobility 50, Activation 51, Posture 59, Symmetry 44. The stretch session was great. It started with lower body and then upper. Your technician asks you to let them know when you get to about a 6 (0 being nothing, 10 being the beginning of pain) in a stretch, then they work from that point to help you relax deeper into it. They told me about 5 times to stay extra hydrated today, so that seems important. Gabby said that I may be a bit sore in the lower body tomorrow, but Upper body likely not (she asked me to tell her when I hit a 4 on the scale for upper body, and then worked from there). After your intro stretch, as you’re putting your shoes back on, there’s a short “sales meeting” where the studio manager goes over the different options you have for membership, bundles, one-off sessions, etc. It’s very low pressure and informative, probably about 5 minutes total. I left feeling energized and wishing that I had it in the budget to become a member. Quick note: you need to wear grip socks (like the ones at Sky Zone) for the session. They sell them there (seemingly much more pro versions than the Sky Zone ones). The ones I got were $18, but I saw some for $16. This location is right next to Urban Churn and REI. Great spot. Great People. Highly recommend.

  Josie at StretchLab (Mechanicsburg) has been phenomenal! Since starting at StretchLab four months ago, I have never felt better in terms of my mobility. Additionally, my lower back pain is now much more manageable. The other flexologists, as well as the front desk staff, have also been helpful, friendly and supportive. Highly recommended!!
