It's apparently up to each branch how difficult they would like to make their cancelation policy and this one purposely makes it the most difficult. It's easily the most convenient gym for me, but I dont want to get stuck in their BS again, so yeah, 1 star.

The new equipment additions have been a welcome change, more free weights than ever before but still plenty of the machine equipment options. I will certainly keep coming back!
